Kylen Ghirao is a legal practitioner and founder of Ghirao Incorporated. He completed his LLB at Wits in 2014, was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2017, and founded his own firm in 2018 after gaining experience at Martin Vermaak Attorneys. With full rights of appearance in the higher courts, he practises nationally in criminal and family law, applying strategic litigation to advance the interests of high-profile and high-net-worth clients.

Lyle Wyngaard is an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. His background in finance and investment management gives him a distinctive, strategic approach to complex legal issues, and an internship with Lawyers for Human Rights reinforced his commitment to justice, fairness and equality. His passion for litigation has built substantial experience across civil, family and criminal law, and he is recognised for his meticulous attention to detail and for earning clients' trust.

Sean Rieckert is an attorney who brings a pragmatic, hands-on approach to legal practice and believes in being the best at what we do. He works closely with clients in criminal, family, civil and labour law matters. Direct and solution-driven, he cuts through complexity to give straightforward, practical guidance and is committed to achieving fair and effective outcomes.

Kgomotso is a candidate attorney whose path has been shaped by resilience and purpose. Having experienced marginalisation first-hand, she approaches the law as a practical tool for advancing dignity and protecting rights. Tenacious and quick to learn, she brings both academic rigour and lived experience to her work, guided by the principle: do it right or don't do it at all.

Bradley Cullingworth is a candidate attorney and an LLB graduate of the University of South Africa (UNISA). He has particular experience in family and criminal law, with a focus on Domestic Violence Court, Children's Court and Maintenance Court proceedings, where he drafts pleadings and affidavits and supports clients through sensitive disputes. He is passionate about protecting vulnerable people and approaches each matter with professionalism, empathy and attention to detail.

Uzair Ahmed Patel is a candidate attorney and a graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand, where he completed his LLB. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Psychology. He has courtroom and litigation experience across criminal, civil, family, labour and maintenance matters, including bail applications and drafting pleadings and affidavits. With a particular interest in litigation, he brings thorough preparation and a practical, client-focused approach to every matter.

Gerdus Oosthuizen is completing his LLB through the University of South Africa (UNISA) and works as a labour consultant. He assists on employment and labour disputes, disciplinary proceedings and high-stakes criminal matters, helping with legal research, case preparation, client consultations and litigation strategy. Driven by a strong sense of justice, he is particularly motivated by cases where people are disadvantaged, unheard or unable to assert their rights.
